Real Madrid have successfully acquired the services of 23-year-old Brazilian Danilo from Portuguese football club Porto on a six year contract (expires on 30 June, 2021). His fee is reported to be €31.5 million.
Real Madrid in their usual fashion announced the transfer with a three line template replacing player name and contract period.

Real Madrid C. F. and FC Porto have reached an agreement over the transfer of Danilo, he will join the club next season and has a contract until 30 June 2021.

The right-back will join Real Madrid in the summer after he sees out his fourth season with Porto where he’s played 132 games, so far, scoring 10 goals.
Speaking to UEFA, Danilo compared his style and wished to emulate legendary Brazilian Cafu.

Silver medallist at the 2012 Olympics in London, Danilo is a regular fixture under new Selecao manager Dunga.

On the club side of things, Porto are second in the league – 3 points behind Benfica. And in the Champions League, former Spain U-21 manager Julen Lopetegui led Porto are in the quarterfinals where they face Bayern Munich next.

Danilo is the fourth signing by Real Madrid in four months after Martin Odegaard, Lucas Silva and Asensio.
