Footy Headlines have leaked the first images of the 2015/16 Real Madrid shirt. Manufactured by Real Madrid, the shirts will become available in the summer of 2015 while the third shirt will only become available later.
Keeping with the club colour of white, the home shirt stays the same colour and gets rid of the single plain stripe at the shoulder level from previous years. This time, though, three stripes in grey have been introduced.
The shirt will carry the gold FIFA Club World Cup winners logo at the centre alongside the club crest and the adidas logo. On the lower portion, “RMCF” will be written to highlight the club’s initials. Also the words “Hala Madrid y nada mas” will be embedded on the shirt.
In keeping with the grey theme, the away shirt will be grey in colour. The shirt will boss yellow-greenish stripes around the shoulder area and the neck collar, sleeve cuffs and bottom of the shirt are in a darker grey tone.
As with the home shirt, the away shirt also has the FIFA Club World Cup champions logo in the middle of the shirt.
The shorts with the shirt will be dark grey and have three stripes. The socks will be light grey in colour.
After the pink and orange shirt over the years, this doesn’t look all that great even though pink was a strong and bold decision to make (which paid dividends in the end).
The third kit is expected to be navy/light blue in colour. This kit will be used primarily for Champions League matches and the off occasions in the league matches.
