Today we have Pamela from Twitter (must follow BTW!). A Madridista you should follow to keep up to date with what is being said by Real Madrid players and manager. Loves them Canteranos! (well who doesn’t?! :p)

Tanuj : First up, tell us about you.
Pamela : I’m a Lebanese student studying and enjoying life. I love all kinds of sports but I enjoy (watching and playing) football the most. I’m a hardcore Madridista (obviously).

T : Since when have you been a Real Madrid fan? (if you happen to remember)
P : I started supporting Real Madrid in 2006. I was watching them play against Lyon in CL with my brother and father. I used to hate French teams back then, so I wanted Real Madrid to win that game, but it ended with the 2-2 draw with goals from Diarra and Van Nistelrooy. I’ve been a Real Madrid supporter ever since, but my passion for the club starting growing after I started following them and understanding the roles of each player…

T : What is your favourite part of Real Madrid football club?
P : I love everything about this club. Its history, its class, its youth academies… most of all, its “never say die” attitude.

T : Which has been your all time favourite Real Madrid player?
P : Guti. The guy is magical. He is the best passer in the history of the game and I would’ve been the happiest girl in the world if he had stayed with us until he retired. Best part of all, he’s a canterano.

T : A Real Madrid moment you can’t forget?
P : Winning the Liga in 2006/2007. It was the first season after I started supporting the team. Unforgettable.

T : La Liga or UCL, which one would you love to see us win more?
P : Winning both would be wonderful, but our tenth European title is what I’m praying for. I would hate it to see Barca lift the Liga title for the 3rd year in a row, but la d├ęcima would be our biggest achievement after 2 trophy-less seasons.

T : Which has been your favourite signing for this season? (excluding Mourinho)
P : I have to pick Carvalho. He has displayed leadership skills, strengthened our back line and offered some much needed experience to the squad. He has also scored 3 goals so far, including our first of the season!

T :Which game did you most enjoy this season?
P : Both Milan games. We dominated them the entire time, it was a joy to watch. And that look on Gattuso’s face after Pedro Leon scored the equalizer in the last minute at San Siro was priceless!
